I was looking to sell my first home in a fairly quick period of time in order to purchase a new home in another state, due to a job change. Char was ALWAYS available to answer any questions I had along the way in regards to the selling process and always went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable with the process along the way. What was also great about Char is that if there was a time where I couldn't get ahold of her in person, my voice messages and email messages to her were always returned VERY promptly (usually within the hour).
