I was looking to sell my first home in a fairly quick period of time in order to purchase a new home in another state, due to a job change. Char was ALWAYS available to answer any questions I had along the way in regards to the selling process and always went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable with the process along the way. What was also great about Char is that if there was a time where I couldn't get ahold of her in person, my voice messages and email messages to her were always returned VERY promptly (usually within the hour). When it came to the contract/negotiations regarding the sale of my former home, she was always on top of any developments and was extremely prompt in discussing, reviewing and submitting sale and amendment documents, which made me much more relaxed and assured in an often stressful process.
